Paul has extensive experience in proceedings before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Consular Section of the United States Department of State. He has handled a variety of immigration cases, including employment-based green cards, EB-5 investment-based green cards (direct and through regional centers), many of the non-immigrant visa/status categories as well as family-based green cards. Paul has helped clients from all over the world, including Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
Paul graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, located in Long Island, New York, in 2012. Prior to law school, Paul graduated from the University of Central Florida with two bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Jorge E. Sevilla is a West Orlando Immigration Attorney practicing business & immigration law exclusively since 2013. Attorney Sevilla has experience representing individuals, families, and companies before an array of federal agencies, including but not limited to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Department of Justice.

His awareness and experience with business-related matters is reflected by his successful representation of clients in obtaining employment-based visas including, but not limited to, intra-company transfers, investors’ visas, and visas for temporary workers.
He is a zealous advocate for clients facing deportation in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. He has been in the immigration field for over 15 years. As an attorney, he shares the highs and lows of this lengthy and deeply involved process. From witnessing his clients getting sworn in as U.S. Citizens to preventing their deportation or reuniting families members who have been separate for many years – he is with them every step of the way.
